I really shouldn't be given money.
If you didn't catch my pulse last Thursday, the IRS gave me $600 which came in the form of a check on Friday. I was out of town until Sunday so I wasn't able to put it in the bank until Monday. It took a whole 24 hours for me to buy a pair of shoes (only $54). But they are really cute and surprisingly comfortable. They're 5 inches tall which make me feel like a giant, but that's okay because they're awesome. I'm wearing them around the office to make sure they're okay before I scuff up the bottoms. I hope they fare well, I would be heart broken if I had to take them back.
5-inch patent leather platforms with a zipper. Can't get much cuter than that.
Who knew Carlos Santana could make anything other than music.
If you were given $600, what would you do with it?

Shopping is so much fun. I'm going to daydream about it for a moment now.
I'd seriously save it. I hate spending money. But if I could convince myself, I'd buy a boatload of books. :D
I would put some towards my visa bill. Sad. I know but yeah. Ooh. Then I would probably put some in my "caroline wants to go to Europe fund" and save! lol
BORING eh?
LOL
but those are very cute shoes!
If I had $600, I'd probably spend...
a good $50 on a high class lunch, and another $50 on a high class dinner (mm herb roasted salmon, tuscani chicken, chocolate souffle) :D
The other $500....I'd probably go into the mall and just buy everything I like :P
I would put the money towards student loans... I'm very boring.
hah. Great title...AND shoes!
hawt.
@theblackspiderman - lol, thanks! I was proud of myself, didn't even need your help!! :D
@TheCheshireGrins - lol, not boring..responsible!
@Dylan_Disast3r - I wish I could do that.. I have to be responsible with most of it
@karoline1982 - Thanks!
Nice shoes - I hope they didn't cost $600, though.
If I had $600? I'd probably save it for a rainy day. I'm boring and "between opportunities," as they say.Wait wait wait -- did the pair of shoes cost the full $600?
Cute shoes, btw.
@XeverybodyXduckX - Oh noooo, they were only $54! Haha, I would never in my life time pay that much for shoes lol.
Ok those shoes were a MUST buy. Obviously. They're super hot and $54 is a STEAL.
I would buy shoes too. Definitely. And purses. If I had anything left, I'd pay my bills
Kidding...or am I?
what did you do with the REST of the cash? eh? eh? tell, nao.
ryc: well, i'm not sure CSI: LV is worth it, now, without Warrick and Grissom. boo.
Cute shoes. I was just "given" $300. Actually it was a tax refund. I put it in the bank. Boring!
Holy heck, I think the zip is just... brilliant... I really love those shoes...
$600? Helloooooooooooo pension fund.
@StewieIsMyHero - $54 for those shoes was a good buy. Totally hot.
If I was given 600$, I would save it until I really need it for a rain check or until i found something i absolutely love and want to buy. Until I find something I like or a place I like or need it for school or need it. I would save it until that time.:)
